mac5様のレビューを拝見し、餡掛け好きとしては居ても立っても居られず武屋食堂のスーラータンメンを食しに伺いました。
思い描いたのは固い餡が絡みまくって熱々でフーフーしないと食べられないスーラータンメンだったのですが、出てきたのはほとんど餡を感じない酸味も辛味もほどほどの普通に美味しいスーラーでした。
作る人によって変わるのかな？

久しぶりの訪問。
焼き魚でメロなるものを注文。
ぎんたらみたいで、ぎんたらよりも脂が多いような、美味しい魚です。（よく食べる魚ですが表現がヘタでスミマセン）
ご飯は少しかためで、個人的にはもう少しやわらかいのが良いかな。

焼き魚が食べたくて

こちらのお店は日替わりランチがコスパ、ボリューム共に満足度が高いのですが、今日は普通の焼き魚が食べたくて訪問、野菜たくさんの豚汁と鯖の塩焼き定食、ご飯少なめをお願いしました。
フリードリンクコーナーから温かいほうじ茶を頂き、待つこと10分足らずでの配膳です。
ご飯少なめは普通盛よりかなり少なめとなりますが私には丁度よい量であります。
豚汁はデカい器になみなみと盛られており、鯖の塩焼きとダブルメインと言っても過言ではありません。
メインの鯖の塩焼きは脂がのった焼きたて！これが不味いわけがない。
塩加減はあっさり、熱々の焼き鯖にお醤油をかけて頂きました。
美味しかったー。満足であります！
お隣さんの銀鮭も旨そう(￣～￣)と横目でチェック。次回は銀鮭か。
