肉感のある名物のワンタン麺。
スライスされたゆで卵、ナルトなど昭和の中華そばの風情が満載の一杯を堪能しました。
いつも行列の人気店「中華そば 富士屋」。
場所は「家具の町」で有名な本町。
「河合塾」の近くとも言えます。
道路に面したビルの奥まったところに店舗が。
店内は、カウンター席とテーブル席が数卓ほど。
広くはないですがコンパクトで落ち着く雰囲気。
丁寧な接客で招き入れられて入店です。
メニュー構成は、「中華そば」「ワンタンメン」「チャーシューメン」など。
券売機は無く、口頭注文制。
今回チョイスしたのは、一番人気とされる「ワンタンメン」。
オーソドックスな大き目のどんぶりで配膳。
ナルトと、固めに仕上げられたチャーシューとメンマが、昔懐かしさを醸します。
スープは鶏ガラと野菜が中心の清湯。
自分的にはこういう支那そば風のラーメンが一番落ち着きます。
肉感のあるワンタンに舌鼓。
人気の品であることに納得。
麺も、昔ながらの形容がマッチする中細麺。
風味はそこそこですが、このスープとのマッチングという意味では、この麺が良いのです。
県北の古川に本店を構える人気店の分店ということで、休日はひっきりなしの来客。
