2014年4月より、日曜・祝日休みとなりました。 |
午後予定加味して本町付近ランチということで富士屋さんへ… 富士屋さんならワンタンメンと決めて、並び7番目で待ちます。麺の硬さお断りとあちこちに記載あり、何故？と思いましたが、入店、発注、着丼後に食して理解！とにかくスープ飲して良好にて、麺を啜り上げて食すともう少し硬めの麺が合うような… ただ店主の求めている味は麺硬さは少し柔めがいいんだと思いました。さすがに麺硬とは言えず、あの腰の低い大将と店員さんが豹変しても恐ろしく、麺の柔さも含めてワンタンメンを楽しみました。途中、卓上の胡椒にて味変楽しみながら、チャーシュー3枚、茹で卵半分、ナルト、メンマ、ネギに麺と違い柔めとは言い切れないワンタンをバランス良く食べ切り完食です。ご馳走様でした！
