カウンター席のお鮨を、夜では1万円ほどの予算、ランチなら1,600円から食べることができます。
親方が、カウンター席に向けて、
目の前で、新鮮なネタを切り。。
目の前で、丁寧に握り。。
2貫ずつ提供されます。
今日は、鮪が大当たりのよう。。鮪の中トロは、大トロに近い部位、脂身が美味しい。。
手巻きに入るネギトロも、写真の通り、脂身がのった美味しい鮪。。海苔も美味しい。
どれも職人技の握りのお鮨。。
お味噌汁は、お鮨屋さんの出汁の効いた、しじみが入ったお味噌汁でした。
テーブル席は4人用1つのみ、
カウンター席中心の、親方と 1対1のお店です。
夜のご来店の際は、予約が必要と思われます。
