本日は仙台市へ運転手として同行させていただいております。仙台市に入りお昼も過ぎていたことから何を食べますか？と奥さまに聞かれ豚骨ラーメンと即答。後ろのシートに座っていた娘ちゃんも｢イイねぇ｣と同意。早速娘ちゃんにスマホで豚骨ラーメンと検索してもらい行ったことが無い一閃閣さんに訪問となりました。
場所は東北一の歓楽街、酒呑みの憧れ国分町。通りから少し入った所で営業されておりました
中に入るとカウンター席が並び好きなところへ座ります。
壁にメニューが貼られてあり全員長浜らーめんをバリカタで注文
ほどなく注文の品到着。タイパ良し
いただきます。
濃厚な豚骨スープは臭みがなくまろやかな味わいです。
バリカタでお願いした麺は福岡ラーメンらしく細麺の低加水麺、スープと絡んでとても美味しい。
キクラゲもネギも良い仕事しています。
全部食べ終わらないうちに替え玉を同じくバリカタで注文。替え玉も提供が早い。違う店でも替え玉を頼みますがその度に一杯目より多いんじゃないの？と思うのは気のせいでしょうか。嬉しい限りですが(^^)
テーブルに備え付けのゴマを投入し味変。スープにゴマの香りがプラスされて尚美味しい。
ちなみに紅生姜、高菜、ニンニクは店員さんにお願いしますと持って来てくれるようです。
とっても、めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。店長さん？は、お客様の対応とても良いのですが厨房で従業員さんをずっと叱っている声が聞こえ気になってあまり雰囲気は良くはありませんでした。残念(￣з￣)
指導は必要ですけどね。なにもココで･･･
もし、出張なんかで国分町で飲むことがあれば〆にまたお伺いしたいと思います。
