なんだかんだと10年ぶりくらい？夜中にしかきたことがありませんが、今回は平日11時訪問で先客は1組2名。Aランチバリカタ（替玉）825円を注文、なんかかつお系の匂いがするような昔はこんなスープでしたっけ？と記憶が曖昧。高菜と紅生姜、にんにくは卓上から消えており別注のようなので頼んでみます、高菜はかなり辛い。程なく替え玉を注文、今度はやわで替え玉は2玉分くらいありそう多すぎる。麺の硬さですが私は実はあんまり違いがわからないです、中毒性のある味とは思いますね。
長居は禁物さっと食べてさっさと帰る店です、帰り際は席が埋まっておりました。キャッシュレスは何でもいけそうです。
