仙台、立ち呑み後の締めの一杯を探す。
仙台といえば何ラーメンなんだろう？カップ麺とかでは辛味噌とかあるが、辛味噌なら絶対山形だと思う。
まあ、美味しければ仙台の辛味噌も食べてみたいが…。
あまり詳しくないのでここは食べログ、「国分町 ラーメン」で検索。上位のこちらへ。
とんこつラーメンのよう。
通常の長浜ラーメンを。
良く言えばまろやか…なんだろうけど、当然ながら豚骨のクセ、臭みはなく、まあそこは本場の九州の味とまで求めてないのでいいですが、そのまろやかスープに豚骨の旨みが感じられない。東北の人に合う豚骨ラーメンにするとこうなっちゃうのか、極端な言い方してしまうと自分にはただの白い塩味スープに脂という感じで…
麺は豚骨ラーメンのそれで良かったですが。
評価3.5超えならもうちょっと美味しい豚骨ラーメンを想像してただけに残念…
