【平成29年7月4日（火）】
今日は、文横の「だるま」で、飲みです。
昭和58年からやっているというので、34年になります。
カウンターに陣取り、ビールをいただきました。
お通しはお新香。
まずはやっぱり、ホルモンです。
ここはタレでなく、クレージーソルト的な粉に付けて食べます。
これがしょっぱくて酒が進みます。
今の季節はホヤがおすすめらしいので、いただいてみました。
みそに一晩浸けて冷凍したものです。
半分は生で、半分は焼いて食べましたが、どちらもおいしいですね。
生はみそ漬けという感じはあまりしません。
焼くと味噌の香ばしさが際立ちます。
完全な昭和のお店です。
