今日のお昼はこちら「大もり食堂」です。
いろいろメニューがあって迷うところですが、かつ丼にしました。
何と税込620円という安さ。
注文を受けてからカツを揚げています。
お父さんが調理して、お母さんが配膳と出前をしているようです。

15分ほどで配膳。
紅生姜と青のりがのってます。
かつの厚さは１cmほどで、卵はしっかりと火が通っています。
つゆだくではなく、ちょうどよいつゆの量ですね。
労災病院に来たという90位のおばあさんとお母さんが話をしています。
こういった昔ながらの食堂は心が和みます。
