気になっていたお店にとうとう初訪問。
階段の入り口が狭く何度か素通りしていたが、入ってみれば階段はそれなりに幅があり、２階の店内は狭さを感じない造り。
カウンターに誘導され着席。13時近くだが先客が数組。ゆっくりとお昼を食べているお客さんが多いようだ。
厨房に親方、フロアーは女性ひとり。
メニューを見て 板そば特盛定食（お寿司６貫とお蕎麦が大盛り1.5人前）1090円 を注文。厨房の親方は黙々と寿司を握っている。
フロアーのお姉さんは次々と注文を伝えるも返事をすることなく黙々と寿司を握っている。
混んでいたこともあり10分ちょっと待ってお寿司から配膳。次にお蕎麦。遅れてお椀。
ここでお姉さんから
「親方ぁ〜、特盛ですよぉ〜」のお声がけ？
どうやらお蕎麦が普通盛りだったようです。
それでも親方は黙々と寿司を握ります。
なんか、普通盛りでも充分なボリュームだなぁと思いつつ、、、
空腹だったのでお寿司から頂きました!
お寿司、美味しいです!
逆さにしてもネタが落ちません(笑)
酢の具合もよく、お寿司とお椀だけでも満足できそうです。
お蕎麦は中太、角がありモチモチとした歯ごたえとツルッとした喉越し。
ツユには鰹のほのかな香り。
遅れて足りなかったお蕎麦が到着。やっぱり普通盛りでも満足でしたが美味しくて完食しました。
もっと早く来れば良かった！
