この東二番町通りを通る度に気になっておりました。
名前もズバリ"置賜屋"とくれば山形県置賜(おきたま)地方の米澤ラーメンであることは容易に想像がつきます。
今回の通りすがりでは、どうしても食べたくなりUターン。お店へGo!です。
お昼時も多少過ぎていたこともあり、先客は2名ほど。
カウンターに案内しれ着座。
目の前にはメニューは無い。周囲キョロキョロ、あっ、壁にばぁーんとメニューが貼ってありました。
ワンタン麺をオーダー。
10分弱ほどで着丼です。
まずはスープを。
あぁー米澤ラーメン、というか山形で良く食べる鶏ガラ、野菜、煮干しのあっさり醤油味スープです。
これはうまいんですよね、飽きがこないし。
山形県民が3時のオヤツにラーメン食べるのも判ります。
このスープに合わせるのは、米澤ラーメンの特徴でもある多加水の中細縮れ麺。
麺をすすればしっかり一緒にスープも口に運ばれます。
このハーモニー、うめぇ。
美味しくて、すするタイミングと噛むタイミングが合わずに間違って唇噛んだ。
普通盛りと言えど麺量も多少多めに感じる。
そのあたりも山形チックなところか。
それにプラスして、結構な食べ応えのあるチャーシュー２枚。
大盛せずにワンタンにして良かった。
ワンタンは皮はとろけて、餡はしっかり中身充実。
チュルンとイケて美味しいです。
大満足、ご馳走さまでした。
