兄貴と慕う先輩が、まさか、くろ田へチョイチョイ足を運んでいるとは。自分も年に数回はふらっと立ち寄る。
という事で一緒に行きましょうとなり訪問。
カウンターのみ1Fは、隣の椅子とも、背中の壁とも、あまり余裕が無い。でもそれがいいところ。
前は2Fにテーブル席があり、1Fが満席時や団体の時に案内されたが今はどうなのだろうか。
お互い基本セットメニュー(焼鳥5本orハラミ1人前＋飲み物1杯＋もつ煮)をオーダー。
2人とも焼鳥＋ビール＋もつ煮の組み合わせで、先輩は焼鳥塩で自分はタレ。
焼鳥はコク深い甘タレと大きめの肉が絶品。
もつ煮は、もつと豆腐とネギが具沢山。じっくり煮込まれた汁が堪らない。おかわり率高め。
いつもならハラミも頼むのだが、お酒へのシフトに入ってしまい、タイミングを失った。次回の楽しみに取っておこう。
通い始めてから30年近くなるだろうか。
時が止まっている感じを与えてくれる貴重な空間。
