初仙台！
1日目の夜は仙台に転勤してた友人と。
1軒目は友人おすすめのこちら。
とりあえず生ビールを二杯あおってからホルモン焼きをいただきます。
ハチノス、ホルモンミックス、カルビ、牛タンなどいただきますが、どれも臭みがなくとても良い肉。
それ以上にここのタレが美味しいです。
何が入っているのかわからないですが、塩味のハチノスにこのタレを付ける最高でした。
自分的にはバジルの香りがするような気がして、店員さんに「バジルが入っているのですか？」と聞くと「え？入っていませんよ」と驚かれます。味音痴ですね。
デキャンタ焼酎ホッピーに切り替えて、2軒目に向かいます。
