1978年にオープンしたというので今年40年になるパスタ屋さんです。
ランチで伺いました。
本日のパスタの「フレッシュトマトと茄子とベーコンのパスタ」にしました。
サラダ・ドリンク付きで税込1450円です。
まずはサラダが運ばれてきました。
レタスとポテトとトマトのサラダです。
食べているとメインの登場です。
たっぷりの具です。
スパゲッティの茹で加減が良いですね。
まさにアルデンテです。
味付けはちょっと強めですが、暑い季節は汗をかいているので、ちょうど良いです。
でも、アイスコーヒーはもっと濃い方が良いです（笑）
