久しぶりにハンバーグみたいなものを食べたいと思ってこちらのお店を訪問。
マーブルロードの山形蕎麦「焔蔵」が入るビルの2階になります。今まで来たことが無かったところです。
なるほど、ここにお店がありましたか。
ほぼ開店時間に入店。
カウンターですでに食ってる先客さんアリ。誰？(笑)
テーブル席に案内されまして、メニュー拝見。
迷うなあー、これは。
普通のハンバーグもあるけど、ここは、この店の名物と思われる溶岩焼きをオーダーしてみることに。
相方と二人で、
「溶岩焼き/焼きカレーチーズハンバーグ」と「溶岩焼き/ホワイトシチューハンバーグ」をオーダー。
20分弱待ちまして着丼です。
待った甲斐があった。グツグツに煮えたぎっています。
ホワイトシチューから頂きます。
ハンバーグはシチューに沈没してます。
お約束・・・熱くて食べられない(笑)
これは、気をつけないとマジで火傷するヤツ。
ふぅふぅ冷まして一口、ウマいっす。
下の方にはバスタも入ってます。このパスタは地味にウマい。肝心のハンバーグは肉肉しく、食べ応えアリ。
ホワイトシチューとのコラボも良い感じ。
次にカレー。
これには、チーズもあって鉄板の組み合わせ。
マズイ訳が無い。
食べれば、ハイ、期待通り、いや、それ以上の美味しさ。
熱いのが長く続くのは良いなー、やっぱり熱い方が美味しい。こちらも底にパスタ有り。
大変美味しかった。また、再訪したい。
