山形の十割、板蕎麦もメニューにあるので、太目のガシッとした田舎蕎麦風かと思ったら、これが不思議な蕎麦だった。見た目は、なんかこんにゃくみたいな感じで、星も入った挽ぐるみの色なんだけど、むちっとした食感は更科みたいで、なんとも面白い。が美味いかと言われたら、なんかよー分からん。二郎系みたいに何回か食べるとその良さがわかるみたいな？
店名を冠したメニューがあると、それはおそらくその店のイチオシなんだろうと思って注文しちゃうことが多くて、ここも嘉平そばっていうのがあったので、それにしてみたら、色々な具がのったぶっかけ蕎麦だった。つゆがね、結構私の好きな甘さ控えめのかえしで、普通のもり蕎麦にすれば良かったと後悔するくらいには辛汁が美味しいです。
山形名物のゲソ天は、ゲソが硬くて衣がはがれちゃう感じでそんなでもないっす。
ツマミがなんだかイマイチそそらないんよね、ビールと日本酒を2合いただいて終了。
