逸品の鶏スープ
食べる人を夢中にさせる、どこまでも磨きぬかれた鶏スープ。 |
仙台随一の評価を誇るラーメン屋。仙台といえば人口からして一大都市のイメージがあるがいざ店をサーチしてみるとこれという店もなく、企業や産業という観点からはあまり発達しているとは言いづらい。店前には10人ほどの行列。店内合わせて20人ほどの行列。
メニューは醤油と塩とわかめラーメンがある。写真を見ると塩ぽかったので塩を注文したがほとんどの客は醤油を注文していた。値段の違いが意味不明なので醤油を注文した方が無難だろう。30分ほど待って着丼。味は薄い。ほのかに鶏スープの味。本当にほのか。正直旨味量は足りていない。昔ながらの中華そばという感じ。麺がしっかりと主張強めなのでそれが故に味が物足りなくなるのだろう。チャーシューは鶏のやや乾燥したもの。コンセプトは湯島大喜に近いがそれを半分ほどに薄めた味。
これが仙台一のラーメンというのはどうなのだろう。残念無念でしかない。
