逸品の鶏スープ
食べる人を夢中にさせる、どこまでも磨きぬかれた鶏スープ。 |
ラーメン EAST 百名店〈中華そば 830円〉鶏のみで作ったスープにコシのある手揉みの太麺。親鳥の鶏チャーシューとメンマ、ネギ。胡椒はホワイトペッパー。セットで頼める御飯に白飯、鶏飯、あさり飯があったが、あさり飯が合うように思えた。
券売機での食券購入は機械が故障中で注文後に現金払い。席に折よく空きがあり待つことなく席に着けたが、席の後ろに立って待つ人が多く、店内に入れて待ってもらうよう。カウンターのみの席で調理する様子や麺を手揉みしているのが見える。
