定禅寺通りに面した店です。
定番5本セットをもらいました。
これは、長いも、豚バラ、ハム、きす、えびのセットです。
きめ細かいパン粉で、コメ油で揚げてあります。
コメ油は酸化しにくいので、ヘルシーですね。
魚介類は塩で食べるとおいしいと勧められたので、その通りにしました。
塩は4種類あるのですが、ハーブ塩がおいしいです。
