体裁は居酒屋だけど、小料理屋並みの上質な料理があります。
カウンターに座ってキリンラガーの生。それ自体が珍しい。音楽は昭和の歌謡曲が流れています。
まずお通しで驚きました。毛蟹、雪菜のお浸し、なまこ酢。どれも旨いです。
うどのきんぴら。秋田のうどを使ってます。上品な味です。
刺身の盛合せ。魚の種類が多いです。熟成させたひらめはポン酢ではなく塩で。
鯨の竜田揚げ。岩手の鯨を使った珍しい料理ですね。
やまうに。麹を使った珍味（だと思います）。奥が深い味わい。酒をチビチビに最適です。
さつま揚げ。今日の圧巻でした。白身魚に桜海老を入れたさつま揚げ。ふんわり柔らかい仕上がり。風味が豊かなので、醤油は付けないで食べました。
仙台のスーパー居酒屋です。魚、野菜、珍味、どれも美味しいです。
