こちらのお店は仙台で有名なラーメン屋さん。つけ麺、油そばが定番人気のようですが、今回は仙臺ぶたみそラーメンの新商品で勝負されているよう。トッピングのチャーシューがこんがり肉肉しいビジュアルでとっても最高なんですよね～！さっ、結構並んでいたのですが、回転はめちゃ早でしたよ！
うんうん、見た目まずまずですが、香りがすっごくいいですね。香りだけでご飯が食べれそう（笑）さっ、すするぞー！！！まずはスープから。コクある味噌で美味しいです。結構塩味強めで見た目通りの濃い感じ。麺は太麺ちじれでかなり個性的ですが、濃い目のスープによく絡み美味しい♡スープに負けじと麺も主役級の美味しさです。トッピングもいいですね。チャーシューの代わりに、豚バラ焼肉がオン。がつんとお肉食べてる感じの仕上がりです。もやしもシャキシャキ鮮度抜群。ネギで彩りプラス。
トータルバランスよく、美味しい♡ん！？あれ、そういえばチラシにのってた背脂がのってなかったなぁ（泣）未完成のラーメンでここまで美味しいとは、完成形はどんなに美味しいんだろう？ただ、未完成のラーメンでの提供はマイナスポイントでしたね↓○o｡.:*(P´□｀qﾟ｡哀)*:.｡o○
