仙台と言えば牛たん。定食も良いのですが、せっかくなので新しい牛たんにチャレンジ。メニューを見て一番気になる「特選たん刺1,890円」を注文。運ばれてきた「たん」の美しさ！ 綺麗なピンク色、その上にねぎとニンニクが乗っていますので、包んで食べてみると・・・美味しい！ お肉の甘みがしっかり味わうことが出来ます。そして、薬味も良い感じにたんのうまさを引き立ててくれます。これは必ず食べた方が良いです！ そして、牛たんローストビーフ。こちらは美味しさ凝縮。肉の旨みが楽しめます。新たな牛たんを堪能してから焼きの牛たんを。厚切りですが柔らかくて美味しい。牛たんを堪能し、満足！ ごちそうさまでした。
