この日は天ぷらが平日ランチでお手頃なお値段でいただける「天ぷら安住」さんを伺いました。２回目の訪問です。こちらのお店は夜の営業が通常ですが、火〜金の昼のみランチを提供してくれます。
ランチは当日の朝10時半頃から予約を受付けてくれるのでとても助かります。今回は開店時間の11時30分に予約しました。
予約時間ぴったりに伺い席に着くと、暖かいおしぼりと冷たい麦茶を頂き、ランチではあまり経験しない嬉しいサービスでした。
親方は常連さんに軽く挨拶し、女将さんは客に対して何かと気配りを行い、とても雰囲気の良い店内です。
前回は天ぷら定食にしたので、今回は「今日の天丼(1,100円)」をお願いしました。
ここはランチでも定食を選べば、一つずつネタを揚げて提供してくれるのです。カウンターから親方のその所作を見ていると格好良く感じます。また揚げ油の香りが期待感を高め、お腹がグゥーグゥー鳴りはじめました。
15分程で私の天丼が提供されました。
具材は、海老・キス・カボチャ・茄子・ピーマンの５種類でした。
海老はプリッと弾力があり旨みも感じられ尻尾まで美味しく頂きました。キスは小ぶりなものの身がふわふわしており上品な味わいです。
カボチャはとても甘く、茄子は熱々、ピーマンは適度に苦みがあり、野菜も美味しい天ぷらでした。
タレは甘辛くサラッとしており、硬めに炊かれたお米にかけられ、ベタつき無く美味しくいただけました。
そして女将さんが出してくれた味噌汁はシジミがたくさん入った赤だしで、懐かしい味わいでホッとする味わいです。
天ぷら専門店で食べる天丼。なんて贅沢なランチなんだろうと満足感で満たされ店を出ました。
親方と女将さん目配り・気配りのきいたお店の雰囲気はとても居心地が良く感じます。
