5日前に電話して予約が取れた。
夜はお任せコース一択しかない。
カウンターが7席で、テーブルが1卓。
当然、満席である。
夫婦だろうか2人で切り盛りしている。
2人とも優しく丁寧な対応で好感が持てる。
親方のお任せコース 7,000円だと思う
支払金額 1万円と少しだと思う

ビール、ワイン、日本酒をさんざん飲んだくれ。
そして、もちろん素晴らしい料理の数々であった。
カラスミののレンコン挟み揚げは、悶絶級の美味さなのである☺️
