平日に訪問。開店10分前の11:50に到着したところ既に店前には長蛇の列が。前から17番目に並び、ぎりぎりで1巡目をゲット。多くは女性客でしたが、お昼時のサラリーマンもちらほら。
ササミフライ、日替わりソースのチキンソテー、ハンバーグ、パスタの4種類のランチ定食から選びます。前回はマスタードソースのチキンソテーが絶品でしたが、今回はデミグラスのハンバーグ定食(1,100円)をチョイス。
拳ほどの大きさにぎゅっぎゅとお肉が詰まったボリューミーなハンバーグに、たっぷりとデミグラスソースがかけられており、白米がどんどん進んじゃうやつ。どことなく作り手の心の温かさが感じるような丁寧な味わいで、なによりボリューム満点なので男性客がそこそこいるのも頷けます。
難点はお店の回転がやや遅めなとこ。調理1人、ホール1人で回してるので致し方ないとは思いますが、着席から配膳まで30分程待ちました。1巡目をゲットできなかった方の入店は12時半を過ぎてましたので、時間に余裕があるときに訪問することをおすすめします。
