そろそろホルモンでしょう。ときわ亭のホルモンの流儀は、
ガスコンロなので、網の上に一気にホルモンを流し、強火でカリカリにしたものを
たれをつけて食べるスタイル。塩ホルモン+レモン汁がお気に入りです。
国分町限定？？の山賊焼きも見た目よりも味が薄くていくらでもハイります。
