仙台に行くたびに、事前にお店を探しておけば良かったと思うんですよね。
夜遅くまで開いている店がないんですよ。全国展開の居酒屋しか。
この日は、夜10:30頃から1時間ほど時間がつぶせて何か食べられるお店…、を探して見つけたのがここ。
そんな夜遅くから牛タンみたいなも食べたくもなかったので、まぁいいいか、と。
頼んだ料理のは、写真のパーニャカウダとハンバーグ。
お味は、まあ美味しいんじゃないでしょうか。何かが劇的に美味しいというわけでもなく、劇的に不味いというわけでもなく、普通に美味しい外食店のお味です。
バーニャカウダは、たしか、味噌も一緒に出てきたような。
アンチョビソースと味噌と、2種類食べられた気がします。
カウンタの内側から、櫂のようなもので料理が供されるんですよね。
落ちそうで恐い恐い。
ハンバーグは、和風のソースが優しい味でした。
カウンタに通されたので、1時間程度の時間つぶしには、丁度いい席でした。
仙台的なスペシャリテがあるわけでもないけれど、ハズレなく食べられるかな。
