仙台出張時に、同僚とこちらのお店に伺いました。
同僚が予約してくれていたようで、駅前の繁華街という事もあってか大人気のお店のようでした。
入口を入ると直ぐにカウンターがあり、元気の良い掛け声で出迎えられました。
仙台といえば炉端焼き発祥ですが、そんな雰囲気も感じさせるお店でした。
カウンターには、おでんの機械があり、丁度オーダーがあったのか盛り付けているところでした。塩竃おでんとの事で、牡蠣の出汁のおでんとなり宮城を感じる定義山の油揚げもおでんになっていました。
炭火焼も名物のようで、仙台牛たんも楽しめるようでした。
仙台の厚切り牛タンとシャトーブリたんというたん元のメニューを注文しましたが、炭の香りと良い焼き加減がとても良かったです。
牛たん専門店で食べるよりも、安く食べられるのでは？と感じるお店でクォリティーも高いと思いました。
石巻港直送の鮮魚もおすすめとなっていて、7種3貫の盛り合わせを注文しました。
この盛り合わせの中に、墨いかが入っていましたが肉厚でねっとりとした食感の甘みを感じる美味しいお刺身でした。
塩竃おでんも、しっかりと煮込まれていて、大根はとても柔らかく味も染み込んでいてとても美味しかったです。
定義山の油揚げも、イメージ通り美味しかったです。
その他にも色々と注文しましたが、宮城を感じる美味しいものが揃っていて、おすすめなどは季節を感じる商品を色々と変えているようです。
以前、盛岡でもこちらのかっこさんには伺った事がありますが、地域のおすすめなどはお店によって異なるようでした。
盛岡も仕事でいくので、時間があれば再度伺いたいと思います。
先月メニューが変更になったばかりのようでした。
