A light drink after work... The restaurant for this day is "Chef Etou" located in the back of Kokubuncho, which has a nice atmosphere!! There is also a store in Sanchome, which is the place I often go to. When you enter the store, you will be greeted by a friendly proprietress (๑•̀ •́)و✧ The store has a small, stylish, and nice atmosphere with a circular counter and semi-private table seats. ● Perfect Black Label (draft beer) 800 yen ● Ura/Masayama Kohka (Japanese sake) Yamagata/1 cup 800 yen ● Simmered eggplant and boiled Cow tongue (appetizer) ● Five-piece sashimi platter (flounder, sea bream, scallop, seared octopus) 1500 yen? ● Raw Tempura 1200 yen I sat at the counter and toasted with Perfect Black Label. This time, I had Japanese Japanese-style meal, so I switched to sake (´･ᴗ･`) The simmered eggplant appetizer was elegant and delicious. High expectations!! The sashimi platter was a five-piece set, all of which was delicious, but the scallops were huge, which was great - it really goes well with sake (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑ The soy sauce was sweet, and the dashi soy sauce made from bonito and kelp was a nice touch...
