祝日の14時過ぎぐらいに到着。
整理券制で50組待ちぐらいであったが、進みが早く一時間も待たないで入れた。整理券だけ取っといて諦めた人とかが多かったのかも。
注文したのは
「牛たん極太定食」(3,025円)
「牛たん屋のカレーラーメン」(990円)
定食はサラダかとろろを選べ、テールスープとおかわり一杯無料のライスが付いてくる。厚切りのタンだとミディアムに焼くことができ、弾力と柔らかさを兼ね備えた食感が最高で、タンの旨味もジューシーさもとても良かった。
カレーラーメンは１日15食限定と書いてあったのだが、この時間でも残っていて良かった。出汁の効いたまろやかなスープで、牛たんのしぐれ煮や麺との絡みがとても良く美味しい。かなり量があるので、一人で定食に加えて食べるなら要注意。
仙台に来て満足できる牛たんを食べられて良かった。予約で一杯のお店が多い中、ここは予約不可なので当日に食べようと思って入れるところもありがたい。
