会社の仲間で新年会。
七輪で焼きながらのんびり？飲みました。
こちらのホルモンは歯切れがよいと言うかとても食べやすい。
焼奉行が七輪を担当してくれるので焼けたら食べて飲んでと楽しました（笑）
なんでも最初はホルモンを山にして蒸らしてから広げ焼くのがポイントなのだとか。
ホルモンの種類も豊富で、おまかせでお願いしてお店のお勧めを順番で出してもらって飲み放題で楽しみました。
