甘さが控えめでしっかりパイ生地の美味しさを堪能できます。
クリームの甘さが上品なのもバランスよく美味でした。

中にはカシスのコンフィがあり、バランスが良いです。
ねっとりしっかり甘いので、コーヒーや紅茶と楽しむのがおすすめ。

上品な抹茶の風味と甘さに下にはビターショコラクッキー
細かい栗のチップもアクセントになり、かなりレベルの高い一品
