この日は北仙台にある「ミートヒバチ本店」を初訪問しました。ステーキ&ハンバーグ の専門店で、手頃な値段で本格的な肉が食べられると評判の人気店です。
食べログでお店情報を調べていると、幸運にも誕生月50g増量クーポンがあることが分かり、そそくさと伺う予定を立てました(笑)
平日利用で開店前に到着。駐車場は番号指定はあるものの、店前に７台分確保されていて便利でした。
お店はカウンター４席、４人テーブル３卓、６人テーブル１卓の構成で、それなりの広さです。
アメリカンな明るい内装と音楽で心地よい雰囲気のお店でした。
お目当てだったランチステーキの、

注文後15分ほどで、熱々の鉄板に乗ってジュージュー音をさせながら登場です。
肉はゆうに25mm以上はあり、噛み締めるとジュワッと肉の旨みと上質な油が出てくるとともに、キメの細かい赤身の食感が肉肉しく感じます。
霜降りとは違って、柔らかい赤身の部分が多く、あっさりした味わいだったので、最近すぐに胃もたれする自分にはありがたい肉でした^^
タレは６種類の中から「ヒバチのタレ」を選択。醤油ベース&フルーツ と書いてあった通り、醤油のサッパリ感とフルーツの酸味があり、これに加えて僅かなガーリック風味があり、とてもおいしかったです。さすが、専門店のタレは違いますね♪
上質でおいしい肉が食べれた！という満足感が今でも残っていて、再訪したいお店が一つ増えました。
