ケバブフムス
ケバブもフムスも食べたかったから、ケバブフムスを注文したわ！フムスにチキンケバブが乗ったそのまんまの料理ね！
ちなみにフムスを付けて食べるフラットパンがついて来たわ！
フムスは、茹でた雛豆に、練り白ゴマ、オリーブオイル、レモン汁、塩を加えて練って作ったペースト状のパレスチナ、シリア、レバノンとか中東で食べられている料理よ！
ザラザラとした練り胡麻の舌触りとドロドロと粘り気があり、練り胡麻を混ぜ込んだマッシュポテトのような食感だったわ！
かなり酸っぱくて、レモン汁とオリーブオイルが混ざり合い、酸味の強いチーズのような味になっていたわ！。というかチーズが入っていないくせに、めちゃめちゃチーズだったわ！むしろチーズをペーストにしたような食べ物と言ってもいいわ！

ケバブは甘じょっぱく香ばしいタレに漬け込まれ照り焼きっぽく、スパイス感もほんのりと感じられたわ！薄味であっさりとした味わいで、パサパサと脂身が少なくて淡白だったわ！
ジャマイカ料理のジャークチキンや、ブラジル料理のシュラスコのような味のチキンね！
甘味が強いから、酸味と塩味の強いフムスとの相性がいいわね！でも薄味だから若干フムスに負けて味が掻き消されているわね。
フラットパン
フラットパンは、めちゃめちゃナンそっくりなパンだったわ！
食べてみても、小麦の風味が弱く、外はパリパリ中はモチモチで、ギーを塗ってない淡白ナンのようのパンだったわ！
フムスにつけると、パンがフムスの酸味と塩味を和らげて食べやすくなり、よりフムスのチーズ感が増すわね！むしろナンにペースト状のチーズを付けて食べてるような感じだったわ！
