仙台のTV局がYoutubeで紹介してたのを見てから気になっていたお店。
松坂牛と仙台牛を食べ比べできる機会なんてそうそう無いので突撃。
本当は霜降りコースにしたかったけど、もう年なので赤身コースにしました。
前菜は、牛のゼリー寄せ、ホタテのカルパッチョ、松坂牛のローストビーフ、松坂牛の煮つけ、だったかな？
スープは牛の出汁がしっかり出てて、コンソメに近い感じかな。
海鮮鉄板焼きは、それぞれ和牛ユッケとフォアグラのポアレに変更。
うーん、フォアグラうめー。フランスから冷凍ではなく生で空輸してるんだとか。
お口直しはアールグレイのグラニテ。紅茶の香りがすっきりとさせてくれる。
赤身はどっちも美味しかったけど、どっちかと言われれば仙台牛の方が美味しかったかも。
特筆すべきは、メレンゲ状の泡醤油。肉の上で溶けて、これが絶品でした。
ライスはやっぱり松阪牛の炙り牛寿司フォアグラ乗せに変更。
フォアグラはもちろん美味しいけど、松坂牛は溶ける溶ける。
デザートの時にはお腹一杯になってたけど、スポイトで作っているというゼリーが美しかったです。
全体的に美味しかったし、スタッフとの会話は気づかいはとても良かったです。
唯一残念だったのは、喫煙可能な個室がトイレの近くにあるため、トイレに行く際に結構な濃度で臭っとなることかな。
