It is located at the southern end of Miyamachi Street, at the end of Route 45, in the basement of a newly built apartment building. I was expecting to see a restaurant on the first floor, so I was a little surprised at first. There are 6 tables for 4 people (box seats) × 5 seats at the counter. When I visited for the first time in 6 months, there were big changes, such as the costumes of the female staff in yukata robes, the BGM in Tsugaru shamisen, and the new menu. The customer service is as awkward as ever, such as forgetting chopsticks, but ... (Smile) The changes in the menu are particularly significant, and it can be said that it is almost completely renewed. The "17 kinds of tempura ¥ 500", which had an explosive impact, has been reduced in service. Teppan dishes such as stir-fried kimchi have been abolished, and Fried Skewers has been increased in their place. It can be said that it has become a store specializing in Fried food even more. It certainly contained seeds that looked like dragon fruit, but not fruit. Apparently, the dressing is dragon fruit flavored (^-^;) Still, the taste of the sour dressing and the bubble wrap of the seeds make a good impression. Dice-shaped cream cheese is added to add mellowness. Perhaps attracted by the 100 yen beer to commemorate the opening of the store, it was almost full. For some reason, most of the customers are students. Quite young. As an image, it is a store that feels like a match. From the sound of "Tempura", I thought it would be a more calm store, but ... At the moment, I have the impression that it is suitable for groups. There are four clerk Mr./Ms.s, each of whom is doing their best, but it seems that they have not yet been able to fulfill the order. Since it is only one week after the store opens, this point is expected in the future. ------------------------------------------------ ■ [Past menu] Tempura of rolls (large ¥500) The moment it came out, I was surprised, "This is it!" (laughs). Nori, shiso, chrysanthemum, onion, shishito, pumpkin, eringi, shiitake mushroom (small), enoki, shimeji, maitake mushroom, egg, shrimp, squid, scallop, chikuwa (small), Fried onions, carrots and burdock roots. What killer content. As many as 17 different Tempura are available at once. This price of ¥500 is a great value for money no matter who you look at. If you order a rice set (¥350), you will have a tremendous Tempura set meal. Eat with tempura sauce, salt, and soy sauce. What I liked was Chikuwa. It's an indescribable filling, but the flavor and slightly firm texture are irresistible. The scallop contains one scallop and is very tasty when served with salt. Shimeji and enoki mushrooms have an excellent texture, which is also a taste that you want to repeat. I think the egg is delicious, but it would be better if it could be finished half-boiled. The skin of the squid cannot be chewed off, so it would be better to do some pretreatment. It's a pity that a large amount of it comes out at once, so it cools down at the end. It is inevitable that each piece is freshly fried, and the taste is different from the counter Tempura. Basically, it is recommended to share and eat with two or more people. I finished it, but it's an amount I can't eat "when I'm older." Beer is good, but halfway through, you'll want more "rice". It can be assured that it is a menu that does not allow you to eat other dishes. (I wanted cucumber, but unfortunately it was out of stock) It's not a delicate taste, but ... It is a wonderful content that guarantees that you will think that you don't have to eat Tempura for a while. ------------------------------------------------ ■ [Past menu] Scorching hot stir-fried pork kimchi (¥580) It comes out on a griddle. It was a curious name, but was that what "scorching heat" meant? It doesn't seem to be extremely spicy. In addition to Chinese cabbage kimchi, bean sprouts and chopped green onions are included, making it a surprisingly vegetable-rich dish. The pork is also filling and full of flavor. It's a good accompaniment to alcohol, but it also goes wonderfully with rice. I liked this quite a bit. The smell of kimchi carried over until the next day, but... (laughs) ------------------------------------------------ ■ Single items: Cherry tomatoes (¥120), asparagus (¥180), enoki mushrooms (¥180), tofu (¥120) The "Tempura / Large" that I ordered last time was quite strict, so this time I ordered it individually in small steps. Select 4 refreshing items. Cherry tomatoes taste almost like tomatoes, but they have a slightly mellower taste because they are battered. Tempura While eating, the taste also acts as a salad. Asparagus is not very good, but it is refreshingly crispy and delicious. Tofu is fried tofu ... It's still in the middle of that (laughs), but it goes well with soy sauce. I wonder if the enoki was a little underfried? ------------------------------------------------ ■ Single item: Mackerel (¥120), oyster (¥250), firefly squid (¥250), fried fish sausage (¥180) Ordered with a rice set. This time, I chose 4 side dishes. Mackerel should have crispy fried skin. The taste of rice progresses when salt is added. Oysters and firefly squid are high-end ingredients, but they can be enjoyed at a casual price here. The fried fish has elasticity and umami, which is also delicious. These four dishes were enough to make a side dish for a bowl of rice. ------------------------------------------------ At the time of my first visit, the bill was 1200 yen for a large serving of ten, beer, and shochu rock. Even if there is no draft beer campaign, it will be calculated that it will fit in at ¥1550, so there is no doubt that students will like it.
