It's served with ponzu sauce, but I like the seasonings in the middle, such as the small onions, roughly grated maple leaves, and grilled chicken skin. About half a bowl? However, this is very delicious. Of course the color of the rice was dark lol At the request of the other party, we had chicken nanban made with young chicken. Hot chicken coated like a fritter, topped with plenty of cold tartar sauce. It was a delicious tartare with a nice sourness and crunchy onions.
