It's been a while since I last visited Gyutan. The restaurant is on the second floor. I was recommended by Shellmaru in the basement of the same building. A kind wife? welcomed me and guided me to a table by the window. From the lunch menu, I ordered a 3-piece Cow tongue set meal for 2,145 yen. The beef tongue was cut? It was cut deep, unlike other restaurants, and had a crisp texture on the inside, while the inside was juicy and soft and delicious! It was also rare to see it served with wasabi, and it was refreshing. And the grated yam was 110 yen, which was a very reasonable price. The oxtail soup was also piping hot with plenty of green onions. Also, the Nanban miso was in a sealed bottle, so you take it yourself. I like it, so I ate a lot. And this time, while looking at the menu, I suddenly saw "grilled beef tail" for 880 yen. I wondered what it was like? I decided to order it as well. It was grilled and a bit hard, so I had a bit of trouble chewing it. The restaurant was gradually filling up with regulars and tourists. I'm really curious about the evening menu...
