今回は僕が2018年一度も焼肉を食べなかったといったら
ここになった
塩竃の有名店で修業した人らしく
予約が難しい人気店だそうだ

マンゴーのようにサイコロ状にカットされた牛タン
焼きあがったら山葵を乗っけて食べる
ものすごくジューシー
コリコリ
大動脈で軟骨のような歯ごたえ
キアラ＝赤センマイ
歯ごたえが強く旨味も強い
マルチョウ
柔らかいけどコチャコチャと独特の歯ごたえ
シマチョウ
マルチョウよりコクがあり歯ごたえがある
ミノ
カットが繊細でコリっとしながらもムチムチとした食感がたのしい
とんそく
焼いて食べるとゼラチンが溶けてとろっとろになる
あっさり塩で食べると気分は福岡の屋台w
そのほか僕は食べなかったけど〆ご飯も食べていた
楽しいからそれでいい
味は二の次三の次って言うけど
国分町で肉を食べるならこの店かなり上位にランクするかもしれない
僕のようなモツやホルモン好きにもってこいのお店だった
