At the invitation of my senior, I went to Isamu-san for the first time to eat meat! When I entered the store and arrived at the counter, I looked at the menu and was surprised to find that there were sashimi such as heart and tongue on the menu, so I was really looking forward to it! ! I left the order to a friend, but my request was tongue sashimi. Toast while slowly grilling thickly sliced tongue. This tongue is wonderfully delicious, has a nice texture, and has a great taste.The triangle is soft and you can eat it without adding anything, and you can eat it with just the meat. The liver is thickly sliced and crispy and delicious. The tan sashimi is my favorite this time.The color is so beautiful that I can drink it just by looking at it! Top with a small amount of wasabi.This is impressive.The moist surface and crisp texture are just too delicious. . . The staff are very responsive and give detailed explanations of each item and how to bake them.I recommend this restaurant. It was a feast!
