宮城県が誇る三大ピザ屋さんのうち、ウッデンシップ、ピッツェリア デ ナプレは行くことができましたが、こちらのお店はなかなか機会がなく、行けてませんでした。平日夜、電話をしてみると席があるとのことでしたので早速行ってみました。
北仙台駅の近くにありますが、店前駐車場がありませんので、近くに停めて行かれることをおすすめします。
お店に入るとかわいいワンちゃんがお出迎えしてくれます。人馴れしていて大人しくしています。
マルゲリータと夏野菜とホタテのチチニュッリを注文。
一枚一枚焼きたてが食べられるように複数枚頼んでも一枚ずつ提供されます。
まずはマルゲリータから。生地はサクサクで、中心部にかけてもへたることなくサクサクで美味しいです。
チチニュッリらジューシーなトマト、塩気のあるシラス、歯応えのよいホタテなどがのっていますが、こちらも生地はサクサク。具材のジューシーさと合わさりこちらも美味しかったです。
