仙台屈指のピッツェリア。
看板犬のテオスくんが迎えてくれます。
テンポよく1枚づつ提供頂いたピッツァ。
サクッとした食感、塩味のバランス、香り共に素晴らしく脳裏に突き刺さりました。
特に印象的だったのは白子&牡蠣のチチニェッリ。チチニェッリはマリナーラがベース。トマトと白子&牡蠣の相性は言わずもがな。
その素晴らしいバランスに、これを食べに行くためだけに遠方から訪れたい、そのような感覚に包まれました。
