雰囲気良いが待ち時間が。。
⚫︎11時半過ぎに訪問しましたが、40分待ち。要因はスタッフ不足。席は空くが片付け追いつかず案内された時点で半分以上空席。スタッフの対応は良いです。
⚫︎着席後、スマホ注文から商品届くまで30分以上。
⚫︎5分以上後から案内されたお客さんの商品が先に来る始末。それも2組。同じ商品。。
バンズがサクサクで非常に美味しいです。
値段が1,700円でしたので、これでお値段以下だと厳しいとも言えますが、満足できるレベルです。なのでお客さんもある程度来るのでしょう。
ただ、私はもう行かないでしょう。
友達とおしゃべりしながら待ち時間を楽しめる方であれば、オススメできます。
雰囲気も悪くないですし、値段も高いですが、楽しめると思います。
このお店に限った話じゃないですが、
コンセプトやデザイン性、雰囲気作りはこだわるのに、肝心なオペレーションに力を入れてない、もしくは興味がないのか改善する意欲もない店が多い気がします。
単に効率性上げれば良いと言っている訳ではなく、お客さん視点でまた来たいと思わせる印象作りをオペレーション通じて出来る努力をして欲しいものです。
片付けが半数近くの席で終わっていない店に何十分も待たされて入りたいですか？
それを補う何かが出来ないと、普通の店で終わると思います。
今回のお店を出している母体のホームページ見ると、色々熱い思いがありそうなメッセージ性ありますが、それを日常で達成出来ているのか、ちゃんと見た方が良いですよ。
