銀座二丁目でしょうか。中央通り沿いにうまい鮨勘さんがあります。お寿司をいただいたこともあります。
銀座のお店に伺うかなり前に国分町のエリアの端にある一番町店でしょうか、伺ったことがあってうまい鮨勘さんは仙台発祥だと認識していました。
今回、仙台に出張して国分町の真ん中にうまい鮨勘さんの総本店があることに気づきました。昔からありましたか。なかったと思います。いつからあるのでしょう…。
仙台発祥のすしチェーンの総本店が国分町の真ん中ある！これは伺わないとならない！という気持ちになりました。
新しく感じる清潔感のある店内で、美味しいお寿司をいただきました。量も金額もちょうど良いです。
