今年も豊洲市場では銀座おのでら、仙台中央卸売市場では鮨勘の運営会社であるアミノが大間産マグロを競り落としまたしたね。
と云う訳で、鮨勘の総本店にお邪魔です。
(二日前に予約して大正解、予約以外は丁重に断られてました。)
