今日は日が高いうちから呑む気満々
と、云うわけで「酒蔵 強三」で一杯
いただいたのは、
○お通しの野菜スティック味噌マヨ(かぶ、人参、胡瓜)
○もつ焼き「牛ハラミ」「気仙沼ホルモン」
○焼売二つ
○鶏レバーたまり漬
お酒は、
○生ビール二杯
○まんさくの花
○あたごのまつ
いや~ 何れも旨いのなんのって!
卓上の鉄板コンロで焼くスタイルがとても良い。
牛ハラミをはじめ、いろんな部位が混ざった気仙沼ホルモンも最高。
大きな焼売は肉感たっぷりでジューシー
極めつけは鶏レバーたまり漬
これでお酒が延々と呑める感じ。飲み過ぎ注意です(笑)
今日も美味しい料理とお酒を堪能できました。
