昼抜きの午後の商談後に入店。
時間は15:30。人気店なのにお客さんゼロ。休憩時間かと思った。
せっかくなので定番の貝だしではなく、15:00STARTの夜限定だし「熟玉 海老だし藻塩そば」をチョイス。
平打ちのちぢれ太麺。もちもち食感。
麺本来の味を両立させるスッキリとした海老だし。
途中添えてある味噌を混ぜ味変。これまた海老を邪魔しない味噌味に。
それぞれの味を並列させ進んでいく時間。美味。
