こちらも出張の際に伺いました
平日のランチタイム、丁度12時少し過ぎかな
3人くらい前に並んでましたが、割とすんなり入れました
オーダーはシンプルに飛魚だし熟玉のせ990円
所謂あご出汁
香りも良く食欲をそそります
スープは透明感があり、ストレートな中細麺が綺麗に盛られており、その上に3種のチャーシュー、メンマにトッピングの宿玉
スープは出汁感が良く旨いです
自家製麺は、かなりしっかりした食感で、もっちり感も楽しめます
勿論リピありです
海老だし藻塩そばとかも興味あります
