仙台に訪問し、肉の有名店に訪問したくなり訪問しました。夜も遅かったので程々に注文。

まずは牛タンが来ましたが、とにかく見た目のインパクトが凄い！赤ちゃんの握り拳くらいのタンが4切れ。思わず、うぉーと声を出してしまいました。
流石にこれだけの大きさのタンを食べたことがないので、焼き方がちょっと慣れないのが難しいところ。途中で気がついたのですが焼き方が壁に貼られてるので、これに沿うのがオススメです。
タンはとても柔らかく、タン元を使用されているのだと思います。
カルビもハラミもとても大きく、いずれの肉もハサミが必須の大きな迫力のある肉でした。
