Visited during lunch time on a weekday. I was guided to a counter seat and ordered ``my standard'' [b: Tette Ten-don (tempura rice bowl)] 980 yen + tax It arrived after about 10 minutes of waiting. The tempura is made with shrimp, kisu, young chicken, pumpkin, lotus root, perilla, shishito, and eggplant. The shrimp tempura had a crispy texture and was delicious (^^) The kisses were also crispy and fried, which was good. Is everything else okay? In particular, I bit into what I thought was my favorite squid, but it turned out to be chicken. There was also a chicken Ten-don (tempura rice bowl), so maybe the chicken was the highlight here.However, I wasn't sure if it was fillet or breast meat, but the taste was bland and not to my liking.
